I've worked in non-profits, higher education, and small businesses. The common thread through my work is my passion for empowering employees.

I believe in the power of personalized goals. Coaching managers to uncover their values and set meaningful goals is my favorite job. I am always humbled by the knowledge people have within themselves.

Advocate

Organizations are complex systems with their own values and hidden assumptions. I am a keen observer of organizational systems and I advocate for high-level changes that shift organizations away from white supremacy culture.

Facilitator

Give me a topic and I research, design, and facilitate an engaging learning experience. I am adept at reading a room and tailoring my material on the fly to meet learners' needs.
